Most of the time I'm simply not happy; and then there are times when I'm unhappy. There is a difference - small but crucial. 

Happiness is accidental anyway, like a rainbow - comes out of the blue and goes away before you know it leaving just a vague memory.

With experience comes disappointment. The more you live, the more disappointment is accumulated. And slowly but surely hope dies.

Hope doesn't live here anymore.. And that is fine, I don't miss it. When I think about it - what good has hope done for me so far anyway? Hope leads to expectations, expectations lead to disappointment (thanks, Yoda!) It is as simple as that.
